Wishing we could replace that thing!

When ever I go and use our bathroom, I wish we could replace that thing they call a toilet!  I just don’t like the style at all.  The bowl doesn’t hold enough water, especially with being a caregiver and having my dad live with us and I will leave the gross details out of this post!  I guess part of the problem is when the tank was cracked and by the time the plumber showed up to replace the toilet, it was after hours and we had no choice but the one he put in.  I wouldn’t mind a Toto toilet in its place!  I also refer the round style verses the elongated too.  Do you have any idea how many seats we have gone though because of my dad?  My hubby wasn’t happy last night when I told him we had to get another one because my dad broke another one.  He looses grip on it, then gets mad, and slams it and now the lid is broke off.  What can I do.  Dad just shrugs his shoulders at me.  Just like today he was putting his shoes on and sat on the love seat, and left this black residue all over the carpet,  I said dad, you can’t sit there when your shoes are wet and put them on.  He shrugged his shoulders.  Hubby about blew a gasket on that on.  I got a towel and the Spot Shot and cleaned it up.  Some days I could just scream!
