I do miss those meetings

My hubby called me at lunch today complaining about how much work there is on the floor and how they keep having these meetings talking about getting a new corporate performance management program for the company.  Now my hubby is a forum and runs his department in a machine shop and when it comes to this kind of meetings he gets really frustrated because of the fact that there is so much work that needs to ship out then they complain if they can meet the ship dates.  I know he is frustrated and I told him that I think its great they are asking for his input on the new system though and just to be patient, its Friday!!
