He hasn’t worked out like usual

I noticed this past week, my hubby has not worked out like has been.  I am kind of concerned about that.  I know a few days at work he had to pull a few eleven hour shifts, but he has been discouraged and disappointed and how  much he has worked out in the past few months but can’t seem to lose any more weight.  He is thinking about trying adipex diet pills, and see if that will help.  Honestly with it being winter getting ready to set in, I think it harder right now to lose weight.  Especially with the holidays here.  I wasn’t going to make my usual desserts for Thanksgiving but he was having a fit about that.  So I still made them.  I noticed he also is having more indigestion issues too.  I am keeping my eye on him.    I know he and my son will be playing a round of bowling on the Wii tomorrow.  They love the Wii Resort game.  I unlocked 100 pin bowling.  Talk about a lot of pins!  He keeps him active.
