Don't PANIC…and wash wash wash your hands!!

So many seem to be causing such a stir right now and seem to be panicking over the Swine Influenza.  FEAR is all you have to FEAR!  Its a matter of staying informed, having the proper information, don’t panic and wash your hands!!  Over the past few days I have listened to the news, read online, I myself even attended an online web chat with a local news station with a doctor just so I could ask one question, since I am a caregiver to my father who is taking an immune compromising medication, so that I can be ready and prepared, and not panic!  But be informed.

Here is a link to the CDC site with the Swine Influenza information, please educate yourself first.  I can’t get over how many idiots out there over the past few days have opened up sites using the name of the flu and selling fake medication, it is just amazing how people just do this kind of stuff, just take advantage of a bad situation.

My thoughts and prayers are those dealing with the flu, waiting on results and those parents who are worried because their children are ill right now showing some of those same symptoms.  Stay strong and stay positive!
