Changes….

Well good news bad news.  The girls dad was let go back in September with severance pay and he found a new job, which is good but bad is now I pick up and drop off the girls for school.  I just knew my dad would not let me have his car Mondays and Tuesdays.  Mondays I have been picking up one as the other doesn’t have preschool except for Tuesdays.  I only have them Mondays and Tuesdays.  Their dad use to work from  home so he did the running on Tuesdays.  Since they want him to travel downtown he will not be able to drop and pick them both up that day.  So I talked with hubby and I can keep the car on Tuesdays.  She offered to pay me more money plus extra for gas.  This is the part that sucks about being a one car family.  Not that with the prices for gas, and insurance we can afford to have a second car, but I wish we did. 

So in a way this is somewhat something I am actually looking forward too, it gets me out of the house and a mini break.  Perhaps I can just drop off to preschool, maybe go to the ball for the two hours then pick them up.  It could be a nice break.  Heck even head out to the library.  My hubby was worried if it would be too much on me and I said actually no it gets me out of the house for a day!!  I actually will enjoy that..

Now if I could just trust my son to do his school work, I feel a lot better.  The stuff he pulls with me home…well if you read my post at Lollipop’s you understand…….

Can’t moms go to the bathroom without invasions??

I gotta tell you, I think my teens are just so damn nervy sometimes.  Seriously, now that I think about it for years they are just nervy.  I never get a break, a moments peace and attention mom’s thinking if you go into the bathroom you can get a minute to yourself, don’t kid yourself!!

My son seems to think that’s the right time to ask me for a candy bar, or to play on the computer or PlayStation.  My daughter just comes in, even when I am taking a bath, HELLO, I ask does anyone need to use the bathroom I am going to take a bath and you all respond with NO but magically as soon as my ass hits the tub and I relax and go ahhh and sink into my water…. it’s mom can I use the bathroom I really have to go! OMG did you NOT just say NO mom I don’t need to go when I asked?  So I pull the curtain close (for some privacy) and she goes and then has to stay and chat awhile as I roll my eyes and wonder maybe if I put soap in my eyes and ears she will go away!

This morning I didn’t even come down the hall yet, for all you know I could of been naked or half dressed, decided to brush my teeth in the little half bathroom off our room where Raskal our new kitten is in his kennel and I was talking to him and brushing my teeth and my son just WALKS in.  I was like dude what if I was naked or half dressed here, he was like oh.  OH????

So just a few minutes ago, I had to use the bathroom, it was a mad dash coffee moment, and she walks in and wants a kiss, OMG HELLO, do you not see me sitting here going to the bathroom?  And you really think this is the exact appropriate moment you want a KISS?????

I am seriously thinking of a way to cure this is only one of my famous mom moments.  And when I come up with the perfect solution…..you all will be the first to know if it worked!!!!!

The Schwans Rep was here today!

WOW its hard to beleive two weeks has past since I had written my lil post over at Lollipop’s in regards to the rep showing up at my home with a booger hanging out of the bat cave.

But Good News!!  He was just here a bit ago and BOOGER FREE!!  Woohoo!!  That’s progress, so I was ready to order!! 

I got some blueberries, and some other veggie goodies and a treat for hubby but thats not all…  You see I had a weak moment:

Doesn’t it just look yummie?  It’s an Ande’s Mint Pie.  Now when we go to the Olive Garden I really enjoy my mint after my dinner.  So he just had to tell me about the limited edition pie he had available today. 

I was strong at first, placed my order wrote my check but then as I put my checkbook back in my purse a twenty dollar bill just jumped out of my purse.  Oh I was weak.. I caved and got one.  But I know its a treat that hubby will enjoy with me.  Maybe the kids even!!!

When you register for P&G Everyday Solutions and P&GbrandSAMPLER, you are getting access to some awesome samples and coupons from their top brands. I am very happy because getting coupons in the mail is very scarce around here and every little thing helps. Plus now stores won’t take the coupons you print at home because there the select few who have to ruin it that made color copies and the company or store took a loss by taking them. I don’t get coupons in our local paper for some strange reason, sometimes I wonder if the carrier keeps them. But now I can get a few samples and coupons directly.

I want to try the new Cascade with Dawn for the dishwasher. I like being able to try before I buy.
